 PGS Publications offers advertisers three different media access points for the northeastern Broward county and eastern Boca Raton, Florida markets, with upscale and educated consumers.  We offer a monthly high quality, highly read news and opinion magazine in its 20th year of publication. 

 

 Currents magazine is a monthly printed magazine.  It is printed on high quality glossy paper and is distributed throughout Southwestern Pompano Beach.  Its content is local community news and opinions, as well as travel and investment information.  Currents magazine is in its 20th year of continuous publication and is trusted by its loyal readers for exclusively containing ethical advertisers.  An advertisement in Currents will receive exposure in distribution points throughout Pompano Beach, Margate, Coconut Creek and Fort Lauderdale totaling upward of 12,000 exposures per month. 

  

PompanoCurrents.com is our website.  PGS Publications joined the cyber community in February 2005, through its presence on the World Wide Web.  This website is building a community following and expects to become a major local cyber presence in the near future. The website, in only its first two months is receiving more than 4000 hits per month.

CURRENTS ADVERTISING RATES

The rates below are per Insertion. Ads must be camera-ready and properly sized according to the dimensions indicated. A surcharge of 15% is added for special placement, if available. Sizes and their dimensions are provided.

AD PREPARATION

Camera-ready ads for insertion can be prepared for advertisers who do not have them available. The charge is $50/hr  for preparation and will depend upon the extent of the work involved – design, layout, copy, typesetting, art, graphics, revisions, etc. – and the level of complexity.

Preparation charges will be waived for advertisers who contract for insertion of a minimum of 4 ads.

PAYMENT

 Payment for at least one insertion must accompany the first insertion by an advertiser. Subsequent insertions will be billed as they are published. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. For advance payment, there is a discount of 1% for every 2 ads paid in advance, up to a maximum of 6%.

PUBLICATION DATES, DEADLINES

Currents is published monthly, with issues distributed on the 1st day of each month, 12 months per year. Ads must be received or approved in final camera-ready form (PDF, High Resolution - 300 DPI) sent via email (Currents@earthlink.net) on, or before the 15th of the month preceding the publication month. Example:  Ad due no later than Sept.15 for the October issue.
